Mark (aka Don Levy) is the proud patriarch of the Levy Clan and just an honest hardworking businessman here in Flatbush the Heart of Brooklyn!  Did construction for many years with the City. Hard core New Yorker with Bronx roots (DeWitt C!)  Upper Left Side Manhattan ties and Brooklyn heart.  I make sure that we do the best damn tours in New York City by giving them a tour they cannot forget and by making my standards clear, crystal clear in fact, to my family and loyal employees

gideon

Along with top-notch tour guiding, Gideon is a writer, snazzy-dresser, smooth-dancer, ladies-man and a practicioner of American style Jiu-Jitsu. Which comes in handy when making his collections on deadbeat fanooks.

Matt "the stache" Levy is proud to be a member of the "inner workings" of the Tourfather clan. As next in charge to take over "the business" he has only the utmost respect for the Tourfather, and get seriously upset when other "tour guides" muscle in on his "tours". He is very proficient with his "chattervox" and promises every guide who works for "LUNY" has a tour guide "license".

Jonah Levy is a young filmmaker and tour guide working and living in his passion: the arts and history of New York. He lives in his heart of hearts, Brooklyn, which is the subject of the upcoming, tentatively titled “The Brooklyn Play”. He plays a central role is writing and performing in this production. Jonah enjoys innovative sandwiches and video games.

Jonathan Turer believes this film depicts him in an untrue fashion.  Yes, he spent time in New Jersey, but his family is and has been 'all Brooklyn'.  And yes, he has returned to Brooklyn, but to work WITH the estimable Levy family, not against them.  The conflict you see on film is just a misunderstanding.  In fact, Jonathan was on a cruise in the Harbor just the other day and didn't push a single Levy off the boat.  (And everyone had a great time at Elllis Island too.)

Jordan Hoffman has produced two feature films (one co-written, the other co-directed) which have done reasonably well on the independent film circuit. Prior to that he was the Senior Entertainment Editor at About.com and Director of Development at Andrew Lauren Productions. He was named IFC's Ultimate Film Fanatic of the NorthEast Region in 2005. Most of the time, he's in a good mood.

Julie Wiener is a proud member of the LUNYverse, and is grateful for the opportunity to let her theatrical talents shine in this production of The Tourfather!  Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Julie has been a New Yorker for 10 years now and currently is touring folks around town with the Levy’s Unique New York and as tour manager at Harbor Experience Companies.  Julie still breaks out her old Park Ranger uniform from time to time just for kicks…she has always loved the clip-on tie.

Matthew Baker is the essential New York immigrant.  Not from another nation but from the farmlands of Missouri (another world!).  At the age of eighteen he came to New York to seek fame and fortune in the arts and immediately fell in love with the city. New York is the star of Matt’s tours, while he is its dependable narrator.

In a "previous life" Tony was an actor who appeared in national commercials for GMC Truck and Baskin-Robbins. He has since realized how he could get a better deal for himself and is now in the "witness protection" of being a full-time New York City tour guide. He is currently the director and "consigliere" of guides at NYC Vacation Packages who run the Lower Manhattan Walking Tour he refers to in "The TourFather."

Max Lodge is a New York actor who lives in Brooklyn. He likes eating in Chinatown, sailing to City Island in his brother’s sailboat and catching all the lights on a late-night cab ride.
